1) the pairings are too all over the place for anyone out of the top 25 to really get to know other synds well enough to create an opinion of them
2) the lack of chat feature between synds during the war also stifles any smack talking, again, keeping synds from being able to get to know each other well enough to form an opinion.

I would love for there to be a war board, so synds could talk smack to each other during battles.

We had a long running battle when we were a top 250 team........lasted 6 months after players left them and joined us...they wouldn't speak to those who left and it was always a race for ranking over the other.....we eventually pushed on and up to top 75 but did give that time in the game a bit more of an edge where every hit counted...
