Please help, I need to submit a ticket but can't!

I had an account transferred to my device and after a week I got the account on my device but now every time I open modern war it force closes on opening screen after loading screen. So I can't even send a ticket about this issue. Can anyone give me any tips?

I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. No error messages besides a notice that it's going to force close and it gives me an option to send report sometimes. And no, it's my own account.
