Rival Levels

Not moaning about attacks or raids i do it its war my question is why on my rivals list is see players approx 20 above or below my level but i get attacked by level 300 which is more than 50 levels above mine?

not bothered about stats difference etc and that they always win 400mil will usually beat 100mil must be real challenge for them......... just curious how they can even see me?

There is not that many of them so they have a wider range.
