I am asking for some kind if help... I have had amazing help from some of the staff. Just recently I have had to move around some players and flip flop accounts on my different devices. I have been assisted splendid up until yesterday.
I got Carmen Cruz as a responder. I finally got to the point where i was going to move my HLP onto a new ipad from my old iphone (yes i carried 2 devices) the device doesn't read to itunes desktop i lived with carrying three phones and a tablet. I sent all information, photos of toons, my login times, my itunes receipts... Anticipation for finishing this quest this weekend. Previously i have had no issues moving accounts; however Carmen has other plans this weekend. Instead of helping i get a response that I can't move accounts, that I am unable to move my toons...?? Why?
Prior to this day i was able to move? I sent everything requested and was cited i was trying to trade a toon with a different person.... Ummm no... Ive spent a mini fortune on this game and now refusal to help.
When did paying customers allow for such horrible support? Prior i had some amazing help from an Adam. I ran into this Carmen person before all which ended in horrible service...(one response was take it up with itunes) (even told me to ask for reimbursement from apple). I don't want reimbursement i want you to deliver a solid game with some nice support.
Has anyone else had such conflicting customer service? One will try and offer to help, the other sites some by clause as to why they cant help you?
Maybe I am asking to much, i want to continue to play however Gree is forcing retirement
