Official 11+ movement thread regarding cheating/hacking

Following the new game mode, a new type of hacking was revealed - SPEED HACKING.
as many from the community noticed - theres a certain limit to the personal score you can gain per a fixed time, though few players seem to exceed it!
for example - highest personal score is from defeating a level 1 boss for ~70,000.
it take more than one minute to finish it off (on strong device with no lag), meaning 700,000 personal score per 10 minutes is impossible.
Observations (done at top10 player leaderboard) indicates that movements in personal score were done that are much higher than 1,000,000 per 10 minutes.
for such type of competition the speed is critical and cheating cause a great disturb in balance, enough to upset the honest player and of course - the paying customers.

To Gree - your programmers can confirm such thing should be impossible aswell,
the best way to detect such player is to take a look into their data and look for changes in personal score there should be impossible according to the info I just told.
I will personally send the admins - Elita and Tadaah the complete info I have gathered to assist the banning, if admin read this - please look for the private message from me and forward it to your team.
*I know youre all very busy addressing the bugs in the new game mode, however please pay close attention to this issue as cheating shouldnt be tolerated, lets not let it last so long like the gem cheat that was fixed few months back according to 11+ request.

I have noticed as well as some people are abusing a glitch to have nearly unlimited raid energy. Some of my guild members are saying that people have gotten up to 320,000 points for 4 points of energy used. Combine that with unlimited energy, that can net quite a lot of points.

Um...it takes me 7-8 points (4 standard, 4 purchased with gems) to bring down a level 1 Orc by my lonesome. If I use the fast-fwd button (bottom left of screen) this can be easily accomplished in under right minutes, no cheating required*.

When the game first started, I noticed a glitch where my energy did not deplete (say the first 4-12 attacks?), however, the moment I used a power-attack purchased with 1 gem, that seemed to snap the system back to rights.

Hope this data helps them find the glitch.


*I do not purposefully cheat, glitch, hack, or support those who do. The game glitch was here and gone very quickly at the beginning of this game, as I have posted elsewhere. GREE may contact me if they wish to discuss my experience with it.

Shadow is correct, we did all of the calculations together along with others.

#1 on the Leaderboard is mathematically impossible even if they have been hitting non stop since the war started. His guild is the hunt for t25, he has approzimately 55% of their total guild points...if they get it over a legitimate guild because of his hack, MANY people will be VERY upset.

The way I am discussing is more of an problem with the Game. This should directed more to the issue of energy and amount of reward points. It can be considered as hacking/cheating but this is more of a flaw with the system. If the amount of time playing and the points do not match up then it can be the issue with the update. Keep informed to keep the game fair.

Obviously this thread is a direct attempt to get Gree to deal with obvious cheaters. Many have complained and the cheating continues. this isnt a discussion to share cheats with the community, its merely informing Gree about the existence of such thing and call for counter action.
with all honesty - the only reason I think someone would ask to close such thread is only if he himself is a cheater.

11+ movement is working with Gree to ensure no cheats in the KnD community, its for the best of the players and admins, and was handled before in a very good way after enough players showed support an concern about it.

The top 3 as of yesterday had questionable-at-best scores, and then this dude pops up with 70 million points out of nowhere. this cheat is no alliance related, its everyons problem and was examined by players there arent from one alliance, join the 11+ movement line chat room and you might get a proper clue what youre talking about, and when the ban hammering occurs youll eat those words.

on a side note - my observations refer to the top player scorer, I dont know his guild and dont think theyre related to any kind of alliance, so that just to negate your false accusations.

Shortly after some of the top guilds left the empire Dk been frantically recruiting members and using every tactic that they knew how to retain their first place rank. They did many dirty underhanded things to try and keep their precious title as the best, Hah. When DK was getting murdered in this new Raid Boss event they could not retaliate because they were defenseless against real players so now DK was challenged and they could not win the challenge because they were always handed first place by all the top guilds in the alliance handing DK their hardest hitters. DK was the first guild to learn of hacks and they had a rule where hackers and cheaters would not be allowed but that was just a cover up when really behind the curtains was the biggest of cheaters like Axeo, Axirus, Aslan, Shady, Rob, Lilian, Black Widow, Brutus and much more. They all cheat and they will be exposed when I write a statement to gree describing how they cheat so gree can check the system data. THis game is built on 90% of cheaters cheating some way somehow. DK also assisted their top players into scamming people for their hard earned money. These scum bags pretended to sell their account and after receiving payment they were no where to be found. So you think DK is so great now?.

It's unfortunate that people need to cheat to Dethrone DK. A legitimate competition would be great. I know first hand that DK is not cheating, and works their asses off to win legitimately. If we were all cheaters and hackers wouldn't we have been banned after the gem issue when all the cheaters got banned? These cheaters will be banned again, and DK will remain on top. Unfortunately these cheaters will all start new accounts and we will go through this again at some point.. They are killing the game. Sad, but true.

You just officially lost all credibility with everyone who knows anything about this game. The top 10 guilds are all 100% legitimate, as all of the thousands of players who have gone there and spent $120 on a rainbow will attest to.

I've read multiple posts on this forum and the one reoccurring thing is; DK has the math to prove "Only The Best" is cheating, and instead of OTB denying the accusations they tried to continuously redirect the cheating towards Death Knights. All you're doing is making yourself look stupid OTB! Rather than back tracking and acting like a bunch of five year old girls. I suggest you contact Gree, apologize, forfeit this war, and hope they show you mercy!

Where is your proof? You come here accusing a guild that works round the clock to find the best players in knd and give them an opportunity to get the top rewards in war. It is not DK's fault or any other top 10 guilds fault that you collect trolly's for a living and cant afford a rainbow pack.

Just like DK the likes of War Inc work hard to recruit and find the best there is in the knd community. At least the rivalry between the Empire and Rebel guilds is fair game and legit.

What is happening right now is beyond fair game OTB wanted to prove a point this war after recent events and they have, they are at the top of the cheating ladder so good job for them and they will get rewarded for their efforts.

Actually, that was not written by a "DK loyal dog." It was made by the GM of ADN, a very well respected top guild, that really has no care whether DK wins or not. But he does care about the integrity of the game.

This makes absolute, complete, 100% sense.

But it would also follow that they should not unveil a brand new weekend-long event that people spend thousands of dollars on when they know they're going to have no one overseeing any of it to make sure it runs smoothly.

Just because YOU give people time off because you have the luxury of closing shop, a lot of places (agree with it or not, I know I don't) stay open for holidays.

if anyone were to miss the fun in leaderboards from the last hours, ill tell you what you missed tonight:

#1 player leaderboards was at 70,000,000
after 7 hours I noted scores again, now he has 181,000,000
lets do some math, 181mil-70mil are 111mil.
Im going to have to assume the most extreme case that he played for the WHOLE time every second during these 7 hours without moving his fingers from the hit button.
youll get:
111,000,000 / 7 = 15,857,142 PER HOUR, sounds legit? lets go another step forward
15,857,142 / 60 = 259,785 PER MINUTE, its impossible to do half from that in 1 min, its impossible to do 1/4 of that in 1 minute.

EDIT: a little longer than the time it took me to write this reply - he did another jump of 8 mil in say... 15 min at most? if anyone still doubt, all you need is to go wash your eyes from the dirt that blinds you

No. Releasing a new feature and update and then going on vacation is 100% scheduling incompetence.
Still not letting the server doublecheck all the BS the client might send is also incompetence after over a year of these hacking/cheating incidents...

It's actually pretty Darwinian. Players audion for DK in other guilds and the top guild has the top players. And unfortunately most at the top have stressful enough lives that burning money here is just fun. If you can only win by cheating, it is just sad.

I was directing to shadow. Thanks Rook. If its any help my simple math was I can do 5 mil points per 200 gems on lvl 2. I can not solo a lvl 1. Close but I hurt my average by 20k if attempt to do so. It takes me about 2 min with fast forward to burn through my nights.

So:
40k avg x 30 battles an hour (60min ÷ 2min per battle) = 1,200,000 points per hour. This only happens if I can always score 40k points without boss clipping. So with my knights im not capable of scoring more then 43,200,000. Of course if other guildies want to eat the score clipping on lvl 1 I can do 50k+. Even with a perfect 70k per 2 min. That 70k x 30= 2.1 mil x 36 hours = 75.6 mil. It still doesn't add up how you can do what the top player has done.

Also fun fact. You get no free energy doing this 24/7 so rough calculation its 21,600 gems.

This is all rough math actual execution would probably be quicker.

This is not common, but not entirely unheard of, I suppose.

I know people who have dropped ~5k gems in a top ten run. To get a million points, which happens on occasion (especially in DK), it would probably require between 8,000 and 12,000 gems.

To solve next part - you must make for each player in game log-page of his money/gems spending - so player could check and control his spending. Best result - fully manageable player account.

The accusations against DK sound ridiculous. There will always be haters that try to discredit the reigning kings, but they have backed up their stance with numbers, and OTB seems to have nothing to offer except threats of revealing their hacks to Gree and accusations. By the numbers, it is impossible to have achieved those high scores and I am sure it will be taken care of once the Raid is over.

It leaves me dumbfounded when I hear how many on iOS think Rainbow hacks and cheats their way to #1. Rainbow is 100% legit. They have the best armors in the game as Rainbow has all the war epic+ armors, and they buy their gems and come in with the win-at-all-costs mentality. That is why they win. I'm sure it is the exact same for DK on the android side.

My point is, the perennial top guilds play this game fair and in the right way. DK has backed their stance with showing how exactly it is impossible to achieve the current score levels - GREE needs, and I believe will, examine this issue and set it right. During the war for Sol Vanguard, an iOS hacker guild Dppd Killas hacked their way to a top 10, and consequently were banned from the game. #11 received the Sol Vanguard and #26 received the Forgestone to set things right. I expect similar corrective action to take place this time around on Android.

Stripping is not cheating.

Using third-party software to augment the way that the game is intended to function, on a fundamental level, and do things that are not intended to be done...is in no way comparable to doing something that is 100% allowed by game mechanics.

GREE isn't failing or refusing to recognize stripping as cheating because it isn't. They introduced rank rewards, the highest of which is for beating a GM. This is a tacit endorsement of stripping as a legitimate tactic.

The issue is settled and closed.

Fury the problem is the top guy in individual points can not make those points without a third party app or computer program. Also perhaps raids is an answer to stripping since the boss can not actually be stripped of anything. I posted what is mathmatically possible for me and it barely touched the top 10 individual scores. So why don't you punch your own numbers with this formula. 70,000 points per level x 30 kills at 2 minutes a kill per hour. Then that result times 72 for 3 days constant battling no rest. You will find that the answer does not break 100 mil let alone the top score of HG touch me not.

Once and for all:
I'm an OTB member.
2 of our top 3 scorers who you accuse of cheating were in DK up until this raid.
Funny thing is that you never accused them in cheating while being in DK. So if you think OTB should loose 1st because of them, so should dk loose all those epic+ armors while they both been in DK.

Me and around 5 more guys also left DK for OTB. So did Majestic leave DK. So basically we emptied DK from half of its best players.
DK also has lots of players without any good armors(because they were left with 20 players when OTB separated from DK) that can't score nearly as much as we against a lvl 5 boss(which gives best bonus).

And now some math:
Our big hitters score 40k vs lv 5 boss.
Using power hits it gives him 60k per fight.
We have guys that timed a lvl 5 fight at 46s. Lets say they do it in 1 min.
So 60k x 60(min and hour) = 3.6m an hour.
10h in day 1 could give him 36m.
He was at 43m after day 1. Believe me he fought much more than 10h. I would say 18h.
And after day 1 he hit 40k for 2 days without spending any unnecessary gems.

So DK lovers, please do your math right.
Or ask for help from someone who hasn't failed it at school.
Know how to loose.
Take example from your ex GM Rob and just disappear.

I have to call BS on this one. Gypsy fought OTB twice in the last EW and a commander (cannot remember the name, but screenshots were sent to GREE) racked up 130k in a non strip by "farming" Becky. A guild leader of OTB was also on and his points were high as well, but not as exaggerated. When you checked the battle log, they were getting back to back scores every time (you would see four wins logged for them in between Joker wins) and though we were at least 6 players versus 2, we lost both matches.

So maybe you meant to say the cheater(s) came to OTB for the last EW?

I ask this question as I am at about 25.5 mil points on this raid all earned legitimately mind you. And had I not started running low on gems and game funds on saturday night I too could have had a 50 mil+ score.

This weekend was a prime example of Sod's Law (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sod%27s_law), was it not?

We saw everything from game hacks to mud-slinging between former friends.
Needless to say, we are very happy Gree is working to resolve our issues. The representatives we have been in contact with have been working rapidly and diligently to resolve the problems we've been reporting since 6 hours into the new event.

Nevermind the internal drama and the personal attacks on individuals, the problems we have uncovered have been evident for a couple weeks. Many people are claiming that Empire knew players were cheating while they played with us. Let me assure you that once the numbers started popping up during the Epic war two weekends ago, we began investigating the case. This was an issue for DK leadership the moment it was discovered.

As a group of top players all over the world, we often compete with one another for legitimate top scores.

As such, we know the maximum any one person is ever capable of scoring legitimately for any event. We literally PUSH ourselves constantly to break these records. This is why it became evident very early on that something was very, very wrong.

I do not believe all of the bans that were enacted due to this is a direct result of the speed hacking we reported during the Raid event. I believe Gree is trying to cover it's bases, and if you are a player that was banned over the last several hours and believe it was done unfairly, I urge you to speak up to Gree. This includes all players, whether you are allied with my guild or not. I believe in fairness for everyone and I have friends in all alliances who will attest to that.

I would like to point out that many people came here to dispute this thread with absolutely no information and only opinions. Well, you know what they say about opinions...

In the future, I hope people will realize that when we spend our hard earned money, it matters to us. If we were cheating our way around, we wouldn't raise such hell as we have here about blatant cheating. If you still don't believe Top 10 guilds pay for their gems and work hard for their scores, then I dare you to buy a couple rainbow packs and come fight with us. You will see easily enough the organization and participation that occurs and I imagine it will show you otherwise.


For those of you that will continue to accuse Top 10 players of cheating, I sincerely hope that you find some peace. For those of you that will trash talk DK even though we have shown time and time again that we are number one, we welcome a legitimate challenge. Please, stock up on gems and bring your A game, we are highly competitive people and we thrive on the challenge. Our Rebel friends know this and even though we compete in a game, we are amicable. If we were all terrible people, we wouldn't have such strong cross-alliance friendships. Please take a moment to consider what this means before sounding off about an issue you have no real knowledge of. DK has had many accusations thrown at us with no proof, and we are still standing strong, and will continue to, despite the lies. There's a new one every week.

For the players who worked hard, congratulations on your rewards!

In the future, I hope everyone will take a few moments to fact check and work out the numbers on their own before accusing anybody else of lying or cheating. Even though there are rifts between certain people, we are all ultimately here for one thing: to enjoy ourselves and each other playing Knights & Dragons.

as a gm, it would be very beneficial to know how many members were actuqlly fighting each boss and their points and if it was f.e. or gems.

Data is encrypted to ensure that it is not altered when uploaded. Apparently the encryption is either insufficient or non-existant in this case. Regardless, a cheater is a cheater and they got what they deserved. Yes, there are other problems and maybe you can speak to them on a thread specific to that purpose.

If I had the gems would I now too be banned?
I ask this question as I am at about 25.5 mil points on this raid all earned legitimately mind you. And had I not started running low on gems and game funds on saturday night I too could have had a 50 mil+ score.

So I ask..would I have been banned for spending hundreds yes sevaeral hundreds of dollars just like these players did. Bc they bought the gems on sales, stockpiled them and now spent them. Although I cant speak for for that guy that had a t10 run by himself.

And now some math:
Our big hitters score 40k vs lv 5 boss.
Using power hits it gives him 60k per fight.
We have guys that timed a lvl 5 fight at 46s. Lets say they do it in 1 min.
So 60k x 60(min and hour) = 3.6m an hour.
10h in day 1 could give him 36m.

Thank you gree for banning the hackers although imo you missed a very important thing: the bonus points they added to the guild have not been removed and in the case of the hew goh guild, the guild is still top25 without any of them scoring actual points but same for the other guilds who had hackers. Let them know actions lead to consequences because this way they get to keep all those bonus points gained in an illegitimate way. The way it is now hacking is actually rewarding and I dont think thats the message you want to send

on a side note: please check the last hour scores, some guilds glitched badly including mine!
we were attacking a level 5 boss, 100k health left in last 8 min when suddenly we jumped!
ADN doesnt deserve a top 10 nor top 25, we were 36 and our spot after winbonus should have been 32.
our top scorer is me with 11,695,130

Following the new game mode, a new type of hacking was revealed - SPEED HACKING.
as many from the community noticed - theres a certain limit to the personal score you can gain per a fixed time, though few players seem to exceed it!
for example - highest personal score is from defeating a level 1 boss for ~70,000.
it take more than one minute to finish it off (on strong device with no lag), meaning 700,000 personal score per 10 minutes is impossible.
Observations (done at top10 player leaderboard) indicates that movements in personal score were done that are much higher than 1,000,000 per 10 minutes.
for such type of competition the speed is critical and cheating cause a great disturb in balance, enough to upset the honest player and of course - the paying customers.

To Gree - your programmers can confirm such thing should be impossible aswell,
the best way to detect such player is to take a look into their data and look for changes in personal score there should be impossible according to the info I just told.
I will personally send the admins - Elita and Tadaah the complete info I have gathered to assist the banning, if admin read this - please look for the private message from me and forward it to your team.
*I know youre all very busy addressing the bugs in the new game mode, however please pay close attention to this issue as cheating shouldnt be tolerated, lets not let it last so long like the gem cheat that was fixed few months back according to 11+ request.

Was it just me, or did the 6th-placed guy just teleported into that ranking out of nowhere? I was battling with several other guys for 10th placing so I was monitoring the Top10 positions quite closely in the last hour. He literally appeared out of nowhere. Even if he had the same amount of points as us initially, you can't farm 2 million points in 5 minutes...

I don't know the 11th guy personally, but he got robbed of his Top10 prize.

Gree, please investigate that 6th-placed person. It's too fishy.

Shout out to ADN for having integrity and acknowledging the glitch when you could have kept quiet and just take the rewards.
