Hi, Everyone,
An update is available for our Android players. This update addresses issues related to Raid Boss including the ability to access the game. iOS players will receive their update soon. All players will receive compensation for technical issues related to Raid Boss once all technical issues have been addressed. Earned Raid Boss rewards will also be gifted after updates and compensation are issued. We appreciate your patience and fear not! You WILL receive your earned Raid Boss rewards!

Ever since the last update, my game will no longer load up. I just get a force close message and when I look at my game in my app manager the Sits dead.I am missing the epic boss battles and my guild needs my help. Plus I'm going to miss out on the prizes as well. I've tried reinstalling 10 times at least, but my game still won't start up. Plz release a patch that will make my game active again. Thanks for your time.

I got the same problem to am missing out on the war and EB battle. Gree rewarded me 30 gems n fusion boost but wat good is it if i can't even go in to play. Keeps force closing nothing works uninstalling restarting phone nothing is working. Gree has answered me but nothing has bin fix

Let's see some progress already. This obviously untested update has already costed me the Epic Boss+ suit,My arena rank,Guild donations,Crafting items and raid points and rewards. Compensation better be worth it or I will never give this company a single cent from here on.

30 gems and an unspecified number of fusion boosts. That's suppose to make up for a missed eb+, arena rewards, raid boss rewards possibly at this resolution speed... Rather lacking, I think. Give me the plus I'm going to be missing maybe? It's one thing if I've done something to render the program useless, but a mandatory update that makes older phones truly obsolete. Great business model.

Honestly i think we're lucky to get anything, there are higher end games where if they mess an update up they give nothing at all, everyone acts as if they're losing a limb over a broken cell phone game or something

Probably just a brat kid, who has nothing better to do than troll a forum....LAME, and if he is older than 18, he's probably voted most likely to fail,, but i am in a t100 guild, so i'd like to make my contribution in my guild, but Gree seems to find this of no importance, on top of the fact i lost out on EB+ armor, lost a ton of arena position, 0 rewards for the orc battles, it's silly, especially considering the lack of pass down info to keep the people informed or updated on the fact Gree took a 3 day weekend for the holiday, on a busted update, compensation is a very minimal correction on the behalf of Gree.

elita its come to light that the (older) generation of android is whats effected..if you wanted to weed us out a simple sorry you've been rendered obsolete would have saved me a lot of research and a headache on this matter...you cant patch a program that wont run on android 2.3..

If and when these clowns fix this issue and the compensation is a mere 30 gems and done fb armor I for one will not feel compensated. I may not spend $500 a week but I have definitely spent that much in total. Anyone know a good lawyer to handle a class action suit for us? Maybe getting legal representation will set precedents for these shoddy game companies and they'll start coming correct.

i don't think you understand class action law suits. you'll get like, 5 bucks maybe out of it, and they will probably start the shut down process of the game, seeing as that many people wanted to sue the game(unfortunately people see someone is giving out money, they extend their hands.). sorry bud.

i would like to add - that the game keeps locking my phone, i have to keep unplugging the battery. if i lock my phone while KnD is open, and unlock my phone, it either does nothing, or trys to unlock and re locks itself. - Samsung Galaxy 3.

I think it would be fair to give the players that do not score any points in active guilds. Such as top 1000 a 1 day window of a free horde gear epic after a fix comes out. It would be Grees apology f or them missing the first ever raid.

30 gems isn't worth keeping this game on our phone, I don't know about others but I spend about 120 on an average week, Maybe more depending on events. Considering players lose out on
1. Arena rank rewards and energy respawn.
2. Epic Boss suit(S)
3. Money collecting.
4. Guild donations(and fusion boosts).
5. Armor crafting
6. Item farming (and leveling rewards)
7. Raid boss rewards (All of them)
8. Time we could use to work an un maxed suit.
I think I have listed enough reasons for compensation.

I absolutely agree, malice. If this was just an hour or two, that would be one thing. But it's been days. No updates from GREE or anything. It is becoming very frustrating.

Want a quicker reaction from Gree, heading into the app store, and give the game a one star rating. If the rating of their game drops, that should get them moving.

The last update miss the game up for my phone always gives me as a forced closed window. it's really upsetting my guild needs help right now I missing out on all the epic raids. and I have money into the game that I bought gems with and that's just the way snow. I would really like some kind of compensation.... as I'm sure everyone who's having the same problem would too

Hi,
We are looking to address the major issues first such as crashing, etc so players can at least access the game. Compensating players who can't even get into the game won't do them much good right now. But YES, it is being discussed. We're sorry to those of you who couldn't participate. Those who hacked and cheated are also being looked into and those who rightfully earned points/rewards will receive them.

I am missing out on everything. I am our guild champian and can not even get on the game, our guildmaster is even missing. I am lucky my boys tablets are working and was able to tell the guild what was happening. Fix this soon please.

I bought my phone 1 year ago and I really don't think I should have to buy a new phone to play the game I love. Your programmers should take this in consideration when they right new updates. Please fix this soon so I can play again.

I have been very nice and was not rude. I am a customer and paid good money playing this game. As a customer I have a right to voice my opinion, and ask for updates. I am sorry if I ruffled your feathers, but I have missed out on a lot this weekend.

So does this mean that if I can access the game but can't get my rewards that I am suspected of cheating? I spent the whole weekend playing the game, used about 200 gems, and wouldn't know where to begin when it comes to hacking this game. My guild was like 130 and I finished about #650 individually. This makes no sense.

I have friends who usualy spend 200/300$ on week for this game who are afected by same problem ... 30 gems are more that enaf ? Btw they are not DK but i wander if u , furyp , are a DK member ... i hope not ... and if u are then u just give proof in DK is at least 1 D**k head ... no offence meaning to DK members , just to this poor kid.

Don't worry, i did too, it's just a beastmaster epic,but lost due to severe negligence on the behalf of Gree. Maybe this will be a learning experience for them, because who didn't think releasing a major update, at the start of a holiday weekend, with a brand new event wasn't a great idea, what could go wrong? How about everything.... ex. look at K&D, thousands can't even access the game, and the rest got screwed for their efforts, but what do i know?

An update sometime this year would be nice. The longer you wait the more chance I close my guild when I am finally able to launch the game and say Fk this game. I'm sure Microsoft would appreciate my micro-transactions going to their games.

I am sorry to hear reports that a number of you are unable to access the game. Thank you for alerting us to the issue. We are now working as quickly as possible on a resolution. I will provide an update when the issue has been fixed.
UPDATE**** A fix addressing the various raid boss issues is currently in testing. Once deployed, Android players will once again be able to access the game. Once the updates for both platforms are out, we will begin issuing compensation and earned raid boss rewards****

The fix has yet to be implemented. I have a hunch we might see it once they update the current Epic Boss with a new one. Only time will tell.

Afterwards compensation will also be issued for all the technical difficulties experienced.
Then the Raid Boss rewards you earned will be gifted following all of this.
Cheaters are also being punished during this time.

I finally received the raid rewards although the 10 gems I was awarded didn't show up in my gem total. I sure would like those gems. You stated that there would be compensation coming before the rewards were paid. I'm still waiting.

I can open my game but when I click on epic raid bosses it does the exact same thing as it has been doing since the end of the Raid. I don't receive my ya rewards and this is really grinding my gears this better be a good reward for waiting all this time for waiting for Gree to get there you know what together.

The game popped up a message that it needed to restart. After restarting it gave me the rewards screen. Didn't have to do anything.
I have not received any compensation rewards.

It crashed once I reloaded it. It said I got the rewards but then again is crashed on the rewards screen. 3rd attempt and now I have my gear.

Why do so many players keep complaining instead of waiting for the solution ? I can understand furyp is getting annoyed. Gree said several times before that they are fixing stuff (both fixing bugs as banning cheaters) and will get back with a solution afterwards.
Just wait and see and start complaining after the compensation that it is clearly not enough ;) Then we all wait 1 or 2 weeks and everybody is again playing the game as if nothing has happened.

As far as I know, nobody received compo rewards yet. Elita said that they will give them once all bugs and glitched are solved.

You can collect now. If it has not automatically popped up for you, Go to arena, do one battle, as soon as it is over the game will force you to restart it, it will update, and your rewards will be given upon re-entering the game.

*Stop adding new epics all the time and add something different.

And the #1 one thing that needs to change fast is the strength of the epic boss + armors Gree please stop making them so strong theres no point in getting epics if a legendary + is better. That Cultist armor + is better than Forgestone that is ridiculous there are so many useless epics now all we have to do is go for epic boss plus armors. Thats nonsense. If anything make more fusable epics so fusable epics actually mean something.

I finally received the compensation notice when I started the game today. It stated compensation of 25 gems, 8 arena energy, 10 epic energy and 3 DP keys. I received the gems and keys but not the energy rewards. I should have 23 epic and 13 arena energy.

OK here the thing we are now 1 week and no rewards from raid boss i have email u guys and tried everything u guys have asked and still no rewards so i c it this way i would like a reward if not my raid boss reward then all my 4200 gems back i use to get 6th place in top guild and 234 all players and 8th in top player in guild so lets get the issues fix and lets get a open line of communications with me and people with this issue thank u for your time sincerely your gamer snowman1909 :(
