Why does this happen so often to me? I cannot get into the game now. Excited about the raid Bosses, but now I cannot participate. Is there anything I can do to prevent this in the future?

Am I the only one getting the issue? No, my guild mates can't enter the game as well. But mine works perfectly fine.

This is frustrating! Should I uninstall and then re-install the game? Last time I had to wait for a long time before it was ok again. So scare to update every time, but....do I have a choice?!

I've already tried uninstall and reinstall a couple times and didn't help at all, just have to hope they get it fixed before this weekend i guess all we can do now is wait for a fix/response from support

I did try reinstall too, doesn't work. One thing I find is installing on another fone, then transfer my account seems to do the trick.

Same here.
Game keeps crashing during startup. No reistall/restart helps.

Yes I have the same problem, not going to try an uninstall has I'll lose my profile as it's not been bonded to my email address.
Can this be fixed ASAP? My guild has an active rule, so I'll get kicked if it's not sorted quickly.

I know at least 2 players in two different guilds have the same problem.

I can't play either now,Game crashes as it's trying to launch. uninstall/reinstall didn't work. Thanks a lot Gree, I'm now missing out on the EB and the newest actual real update to this game and my guild is shorted their GM...

You will not lose your profile. Bonding is only necessary if changing devices. If you uninstall and reinstall on the same device, you will be put right back in to where you left off. I have done it a few times to fix glitches.

From what i've seen on other posts it's a problem with the older droid phones probably need one with something higher than android 2.3 which is what mine is

Still not working.
Losing time on the EB+ and the arena. Fix your game, Gree.

Going this long without even a response from GREE just shows how little they care. This way, if you want to do well in the arena our on the eb, you have to spend gems. Congratulations GREE, you found a way to get more money out of people. Myself and quite a few others are affected by this. Including 5 of my guild mates. Fix it, GREE.

I'm assuming, that this issue will not be fixed until after this war is complete, which really hurts alot of loyal players and guilds with members not able to contribute. Also, losing time with the new Epic Boss, Arena position, etc... And only 1 acknowledgement of the issue, and no time frame given to expect a patch, is starting to cause several players to lose faith. Please try and resolve this issue promptly, or at least give periodic updates relevant to the issue at hand.

My guild mates keep telling me about the awesome rewards that I'm NOT getting. On top of the eb and arena time. Plus I could be helping with this event and our good could place better. This is taking quite a while to fix, GREE. You really did it on this one.

You would think, especially from a monetary standpoint, Gree would have started fixing this problem alot sooner, foregoing the potential revenue from what seems like hundreds of players who have been essentially "left behind" by Gree. Now the amount of time myself, and several other players have lost will most likely be compensated by Gree with the minimal effort as possible, such as the last hiccup, where players were given 10 whole gems= 1.99, this is more insult to injury than an actual attempt at a correction, but maybe i'm just venting frustration....

All I'm going to say about it is that not everyone can afford to pay $120-$130 for a ton of gems, so yeah we (being the lower paying customer) buy what we can afford if that happens to be a $3buy either way you look at it it's money inGee's pocket and helps the game

If anyone has a jailbroken Iphone then that may be the issue. I restored my phone to the latest version and it worked perfectly fine.

I had this issue with my older device that my third account is on.
I use it without a sim on wifi only.
The only way I could get it to load the update and play was to shut down most of the unused apps that were causing memory problems, seemingly the RAM.
It is a Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
Once I shut down the various Google apps that I just was not using, everything got sorted out.
The K&D client is still pushing the limits of the device though, it plays very slow, with frequent glitches and it often shuts down if I leave it too long.
When I shut down the Google apps like Hangouts, and such I had to revert them back to factory settings first and then disable them. Any future updates for those apps will most likely cause the same issues I figure.
I doubt that I will be able to keep playing on this device for much longer.
Hopefully this might help some people.

As far as the limits being pushed i have the same problem i use clean master and that makes it just bearable for me to play he game, however as of about 2 hours ago there have not been any updates on google play for the game and it still does not load, thanks for the advice chef i will look into it and maybe try and see if it works

Google's apps run like start up programs on your PC. They get shut down and then start up right away, if they get shut down at all. In order to free the up space I needed I had to be vigilant in not just reverting them back, but then disabling them.
Normal apps can be disabled with one touch. Google apps are more nefarious. They are designed this way intentionally.

Already sent a ticket to GREE about this problem. Let's just hope it is a minor bug or something.

nope no new problems with videos...but i finlly got in last night and they gave m e only 2 fire fusion boosts for comp so much for the 30 gems they promised ..whats more my guild engaged in at least two raids that i could see but the leader board is saying that they never participated. i got locked out and i can live with that but to screw my guild for my absence that they caused really pees me off..nice job gree just continue bungling the game your doing a great job of it...
