Where is your favorite place to farm for Raid Boss folders?

My favorite target used to be the green container on the docks map. Last couple of raid boss events I was getting a folder for every hit. It's low xp and less than 90 energy. Gree must have made some changes recently because I am only getting one per every three hits this time around :( .

Anyone else have a favorite folder farming target?

Seems to me that lately it's averaged 150 energy per folder, so I just look for a current target of around 150-175 energy per hit and use it. Normally works out well for me. Likewise, hitting current targets of 70-100 energy per hit normally averages around 1 folder per 2 hits. Anything over 200 tends to give a nice high drop rate but ends up using more energy per folder in the long run.

Marine veteran at docks gives 80-90% drop rate, just hit him twice then return to base then repeat
