Maybe it is just me but this war I think we all should expect more losses and less points than this war vs. last war

The tree house was a huge boost to defense. If you are lucky enough to be able to upgrade 3 buildings at a time you Defense is far now higher than your attack. Even with only working on one upgrade at a time it probably is still higher.

This means everyone will have far less good targets and on top of that I know tree houses will be completing upgrades during the war. This will make the stat keeping guilds going nuts trying to keep track of people’s defense.

Those who used gems to upgrade all three will have a 30 mil upgrade in defense from last war and the defense % boost to building and BOOM over 60 mil for the top level players

I say we will all have a far smaller point total because last war most had the one time boost form the potions and a higher attack than defense. We will all be hitting targets lower in level this war is suspect so we will have both the reduction from not having the potion boost & we will be hitting lower level targets.

Not sure what all this means and it will obviously be equal for everyone, I just find it interesting.

Anyone else see the same thing or am I off base here.

Are you 100% sure that building defense is even considered for pvp? Or is it only effective to protect from raiding, even though our profile reflects the increased defense from the building. Since I haven't seen any real documentation, guess I will just see when the first intel reports are posted and compare those with the figures we see in the profiles.

Actually, my Defense is still over 75 million shy of my attack stat right now. I have finished up this current LTQ, on stage 15 now, but with 3x Tree Forts at Lv 10, I'm looking at around 327m A versus 257m D. Yes, some people have more Defense now, especially the lower stat folks, but remember. Only the face value of the building is added to your actual defense when it comes to whether you win or lose. So, it is essentially a 30m D boost. Now, if you were to try and raid someone, that is when the Defense % Boost comes into play. (Or at least that is how it's supposed to work.)

I have never quite understood how raiding win/ loss rates work. Perhaps someone could fill me in? Is it the face value of your units+buildings with no stat boosts (guild or unit)? And the ATT/ DEF attribute points? I haven't spent any skill points on attributes since level 40 or so - and that was years ago now! Yes, I'm an ol timer who remembers pre-Guild, Before Gree (BG) era, those halcyon days in which people pined to join that elite group of "Breeding Den 10" players with dragons. Now all my dragons sit around the vast, unoccupied land of my kingdom, getting fat. My 1000 steam tanks rust in the yard, and my 1500 high priests surf the internet.

As for overall points it's still a little too early to tell. But I have used mega attack more often this war than ever befor. Due to defence/ attack gap.

The 40% sale is going to boost the numbers. Next war could be even worse considering only the top 25 guilds will receive war rewards with attack boosts.

To me the cp calculations are still the same ; rotten
I am level 201, I have gotten more cp from attacking a 195 than a 204. I was even lucky enough to have a crack at a 250, yes someone is level 250. I didn't even break 350 points . Gree has made it perfectly clear that cp calculations are a complete secret. There is no pattern at all, it is a complete crap shoot . Players under 200 attacking over 200 players seem to have the advantage
