Urgent* NO Faction/Wrapper prize rewarded

I have completed the LTQ, and my faction has completed the FLTQ. I have received the individual LTQ prize but the faction and the wrapper prize have not been rewarded. I have pictures I can add if needed.

Same issue here. My account isn't recognizing that the FLTQ has been completed, though it's been eight hours. Is there a fix for this?

I have a friend that had the exact issue back in undercover mission ltq/fltq and has been waiting 21 days since he's heard anything on his ticket that was escalated to a player experience specialist, I've been waiting 25 on a similar issue. Still have a faction reward I got double of that has a 12% boost that I also told gree about in my ticket, hope you have better luck then we have had.

They are working on it. Be patient. By the time the respond, you'll quit te game and problem will be solved. Or you'll just forget about it and move on.
