Gree.. You better listen up.

I had previously disputed about me accidentally bought a crate when I click on the splash screen.

I had just accidentally click on it again.
Wasting my 250 gold.

Had sent in a ticket requesting a refund.
But all gree can reply is that they do not provide refund for crates.
If gree does not want to put a confirmation button to the buying of crates?

At least do not put it as a splash screen.

I want my refund of 250 gold back.

I ask for confirmation buttons on all gold purchases everytime I send a ticket about the same thing...
My "great idea" is sent to the devs they say...
Can "the devs" be their trashcan's name?

They won't do it, they like it when we spend by mistake...

Simple. DONT hit the 'close' or 'ok' button. There is a red 'X' button in the corner, I always use that no matter what the popup is for. You never know what they will sneak in behind it and the lag will cause it to appear right as you touch the screen.

Happened to me before. They sent me a generic bs reply and I replied yelling at them. That worked and I got my gold back. I recently accidentally used gold to refill my health during the boss event. All I was trying to do was to get in to hit the boss but it refilled my health. They really need a confirmation screen on gold use but they won't do it because they want us to waste gold.

Well, if you think about it, all of the gold use is a waste :)
