So, you realize that increasing building time is a DISADVANTAGE "bonus" right? If an error was made, please let is know ASAP so we can make an informed decision on whether to gamble on this event.

This is the other question i've got.....all the other building upgrade time boosts I have are -??% not +??% .....is this a glitch or is this on purpose to see if we are paying attention?

Well if we aren't seeing it on our devices here and you would like us to see what you are seeing, then providing more information is helpful. We are seeing it as -10%, so we're confused as to what you are seeing. Hence, the screenshot.

got that Unit too, only cost 1.200 Gold oh well
btw the Wrapper only costs me 2.720 Gold very cheap!!! but its Air and Defense! have got the same stupid Units again and again.. and the last needed more than a vault to drop :(
