Hello all! Well, the title sums it up- details below.
What we want to accomplish: Merge with one, possibly two, factions of similar size and strength. We will have the strongest active players in one faction, followed by active players that haven't been playing as long in the other. The purpose of this will emphasize TEAM WORK, TEAM WORK, and TEAM WORK to achieve the greatest goal as a faction. Once we know the facts about the people we are merging with, we will look at the "factions" being merged and decide who is going where. Once the merger is complete we will no longer recruit for the stronger faction, rather we will always bring someone up from the brother faction.
About us: We are a faction of 50 members that is active and usually finishes just outside Top 500, we are currently about 50 hits away from completing the Day 5 Boss Event, and we were one challenge away from beating the last Raid Boss. We have a core of very strong players that are being held back a bit by our lower level or less active members. We all communicate and strive to do our part for the team.
Who we are looking for: Any faction with 40 or more members that feel the same way we do. You must have around 20 high profile, active members, keeping in mind that we are not trying to absorb any factions, just combine and rearrange people. "High Profile" can mean a lot of things- it could be someone that has very high Max Energy, high income per hour, high attk/def scores...
Hopefully there are some of you out there that also feel like your faction is being held back from greatness and would like to take steps in the direction of progress.
Interested? Please leave some details about your faction like: faction size, place in last WD event, how many members over level 200, attack/defense of your 5 strongest members, how many really active members you have, and anything else you might feel is important.
