Gree - The Orb Issue Again - We've Been Through This.

As the several other threads and posts have pointed out during this raid boss event and so many others, the orb drop rate is painfully obviously wrong. You have these events in many of your games. What on Earth is so complicated about providing enough orbs during LTQ's so that when the Raid Boss begins, there are enough for people who play the game to PLAY THE GAME? It's just orbs. They are used to summon the boss. To do the quest. What possible purpose could the devs have to severely limit our ability to even do the quest at all? It benefits no one, and is just irritation for the sake of irritation.

Tadaaah, as the Community Manager, would you please express how insanely out-of-touch the programmers are with how the game works and how unhappy it makes the players?

For example: We like the raid boss events. But no orbs, no bosses, no fun. The recent 24-hour style quests have been cool and well-received. But they have been launched at different times for different people. I didn't have the day one quest go live until 12 hours were left. No time, no 24 hours, no fun.

And finally, why in the world did you launch a 3-day LTQ before the raid boss if the LTQ WASN'T GOING TO DROP ORBS? What possible sense did this make? I ended up with 345 Ironbark Trunks, but 19 orbs. Ever. This makes no sense. Please fix this, and don't break it again. You're kind of making having fun exhausting.

Well said. Couldn't agree more. I'm wondering if this is a sign that they'll soon be selling orbs for gems and hoping players desperate to summon bosses will buy them. After all, that kind of approach seems right up Gree's alley, unfortunately.

I understand they want to profit, and don't blame them. I do blame them for the underhanded and despicable approach they take to many aspects of making that profit though.

A tip, Gree? Make people want to spend money on your game through worthwhile gameplay, don't make them feel like they have to merely to do a majority of LTQs and events. You're just angering your customers with that approach and ensuring less people will actually spend money.

That approach in combination with the habit of releasing bugged updates is turning this game into a joke. I'd have quit long ago if I wasn't so stubborn and motivated to help my guild do well in wars and achieve as many guild upgrades as possible.

Do u not realise u can buy orbs for 5000 honor points per Orb, surely u and your guildies have got hundreds of thousands of useless honor points which can be spent...

With 250,000 honor and a level 5 Breeding Den, you can buy a Nether Goliath 26,000/26,000 attack/defense.
Not so worthless anymore.

Agree, with the new units for honor points most bought them and we are out of honor points now. Inn our second guild we don't know if we can finish the RB (normal) this time like usual because we are already out of orbs. Even in our mainguild we can not really go for lot bosses (which was always fun).
And there is one thing I would never do (even if possible): spending gems to buy orbs so that I'm able to spend gems in RB...

Or Gree could simply provide a more sensible drop rate, rather than sending us out bartering orbs for 2 cows and a duck.
