I like to join but as your Requirement to score 40k in IP my average is 20k due to being busy at work, I always try to make time to take parts in all events, I always communicate to my team mates if work and other things is slowing you down in everyday life, same for if I cant take in a event due to work family or other things in life that can't be helped.
