Health Regeneration problem

Does anyone know what is the standard time for health regeneration without any boosts? I think my health regen boosts are not working properly but I'm not sure. I'm suppose to be at -55% and currently it takes me 45 min to regerate which means that without any boosts it should be 1 hour 40 min which seems to be a very long time.

Not sure how you got 1h40min.

45/(1-0.55)=100min. Which is correct.

Alt calc: 100min*.55=55min SAVED. so 100-55=45min

1 hr = 60 min, 100 min - 60= 40min :)
