Failed to load area player_name's base

Hello all,

For some days now, I try to raid this guy I can attack with no problem, but when I go to his base, the load stops at : "FAILED TO LOAD AREA PLAYER_NAME'S BASE". The base's name shows on the bottom left but no opponent info button, i can just click on my own base back button...

Do anyone knows a workaround?

We do have a couple of work-arounds for you to try.

If you are unable to load a particular map, please try exiting and restarting the same map as this may refresh the data and allow the maps to load correctly. (Sounds like you might have already performed this one.)

Please also check and make sure they have enough memory on whichever device you are using. It has been reported to us that not enough memory can causes issues like this to happen.

Please do not uninstall and then reinstall the application, as this will increase the time necessary to load new assets into the game, contributing to loading issues.

We're still working on finding out all the nitty-gritty details of this one.
