Tadaah I dont think new le building is dropping assigne units

Used a little gold to speed things up trying to get to the final unit and cant seem to find units in my inventory. I thought I could attack someone amd see the benefit of the plus 5 and luck...couldnt find it in inventory under bonuses or searching either.
