If they've built up their IPH they won't lose anything and likely gain quite a bit. You must be new, here. Statonomics 101: Stat deflation does not exist.

You can buy "units" in the store for in-game cash, which can be acquired through income (collected buildings) or pvp robbery, troll.

They can buy 6k units for in game cash to use in street assault. You deploy units that are not used in your top 2500 units! Only if your retarded do you use your top 2500 units.
