Dread Coast 3rd Crate not obtainable

I've played this level easily two dozen times and have yet to get that third crate. I've gone beyond and completely finished the other levels. It's not like it's getting exponentially difficult. What's going on mods?

By this time it been about 5 or 6 dozen time with no 3rd crate. Here is the response from customer service:

"Thank you for contacting League of War Support!

The crates are randomized, so although you may receive all three rewards in three tries, but it may take several tries to receive all of them.

The dev team is aware of the customer concerns regarding the number of times that it sometimes takes to open all of the chests and is working to address these concerns."

I've completed it FYI. A tank, a bronze key and a silver key. Can't recall how long it took, sorry.

Sometimes if it takes a ton of tries I hit another mission or two to mix it up. Good luck!
