I did the update on my iPad but now I can't get into the game. It keeps telling me to update and the App Store just says "OPEN" since it's been downloaded already. I powered down my iPad twice an it's still doing it

I had the same problem with my iPad but I just found out there are 2 ver. of crime city for iPad. The latest updates for the HD ver. on iPad is 5 Jun, while the regular ver. has Jun 14 update. I have just downloaded the regular ver. and open my game again, and the problem is solved! :D

I downloaded the regular crime city and my stats dropped over 4 mill. I was 165mill two days ago now I'm 160 mil and that's with the prizes I won from the events. So the big update is the big blinking yellow arrow?

So I am now able to open up my crime city (HD) on my iPad
No update , but can still play.

I'm not sure why I'm having such bad luck with CC, but last event my stats drop and gree stated it was due to an item with a mod and every stats dropped, but that was not true because it only happened to one of my accounts. Just did the upgrade and I'm just sick in the stomach because my stats have drop again by millions. I sent a ticket but I already know it will come back with the same answer. Your ticket is closed, but no recovery of stats. I hate how there mistakes are swept under the rug with no concerns for the players. Pissed

I also posted this in the data surge thread...It's far too early to tell for sure, but so far it looks like it may not be completely fixed. I reset my data tracker immediately after updating to 5.2. After just a few hours of on again, off again playing, it had already racked up over 20MB of data with very little game play over cellular service (probably a total of 15 minutes). Time will tell, but the jury is still out.

Since this last update, I have had an unending loop of crashes. I haven't been able to get into the game once. As soon as it finishes loading....bam!...crash! Every single time. Can you please, please fix this??

Also, I've seen on some other apps, where they have a button either on Google Play Store, or in the app's info, allowing users to revert back to the previous update. Great idea - especially for apps that have many issues/bugs with an update rollout. That way you're able to go back to the previous update - that worked - while you wait for a fix for the next one. Just a suggestion, but it would definitely allow for a lot more happy players, I'm sure!

If you could possibly fix that whole crash loop of mine asap, I'd be so grateful.

The update works OK on iPad Air but is crashing non-stop on older iPad 1. Every 2nd or 3rd action causes a crash. This was the problem for some time but it definitely got more severe recently
