Lvl 150 boss is no bonus attach last boss reward ?

I am missing something lol I see no bonus for unit u get for beating last lvl150 boss. Don't get wrong like stats of unit just curious ?

I was wondering the samething. Mod on 100 kill prize but no mod on 150 kill prize.
