GREE where are you the KA community is not only waiting for but deserves a response to what the hell is going on. No splash screen after war
No individual prize
Huge prize appears for nothing with no explanation
Hacked war
Thousands claiming refunds
ITunes advising don't risk your money
I could go on, please respond to the gaming community
Is this the end of GREE or can you give us something to suggest the game will actually be worth continuing with.
The answer is not to simply go quite and refuse to respond to this forum.
You would earn a bit of self respect to get on here and talk to the people that for so long have kept you employed.

Apologies for the delay in answers. The hacked war was addressed yesterday. It'll take some time to read over everything else, but it will happen.

Nice if GREE reads our threads, sometimes we even get a positive feedback in the forum.

"we work on a confirm button, till we solved it you will get back your gems without problems"

this sounds nice, but i have to open tickets one about vault and one about building upgrade due to frozen screen, no answer, no help.

I will wait one week and than write to apple to get my money back and this works did it in the past alltimes first waiting for the help of GREE.

Apple/iTunes has opened an investigation into GREE, finally!

Thanks to all who called Apple Support to complain about GREE.
The Apple CS lady told me that they were swamped with calls about KA.
The squeaky wheel started screaming!
I hope Apple makes GREE pay.
