I see the crate event that had "difficulties" is up, but instead of expanding the time on it to compensate, you just forget the lost time. You also state the event "gets harder as more time has passed" on the event page. Another chopped up, screwed event. I'm pretty sure this poor excuse for customer support doesn't work like this anywhere else, because when it does the companies tend not to last.
