Transfer from iOS to android

Hi guys,

Is it possible for a game to be transferred from android to iOS! Assume via ticket rather than in game function?

Don't want to turn this into a free slag off I.e they can but won't etx, just need to know if it's possible!

Yes and correct, through a ticket. Providing proof of "ownership" ie - player id, level, info, screenshot of any itunes purchase receipts of gold, and maybe a last log in day. But I try to be premptive and provide those details first incase the support asks and then takes longer for them to get your reply and reply back to you. Lol cuts out the middle time waste

I did iOS to android by accident when restoring a bluestacks account to a PC - put in the code for my main rather than mini. So normal in game transfer can work. Needed a ticket to move back though. Fortunately only took Gree three days to fix.
