Unable to Upgrade - Again - smh

Seriously ? Glitched again?

Like before - I have nothing currently upgrading - saved up for level 8 LTB - and got the same frickin error as before : "unable to connect to server"

come on guys - isn't this a basic function of the game ?

Ive now lost about 5 days on this LTB upgrade :/

Have you got more than enough cash for the upgrade as I think it's just the price reduction isn't working,try going 300m above the said price.

maybe . . . It says I need 1.7b and I have 1.9 - so I'll try again after my next big collect that gets me far enough out ahead of the potential explanation you provided.

Thay told me it will be fixed as soon as apple approve the update,8-9 was 4.8b but I had to spend around 5.1 to get it to work.

I upgraded another LE, needed $1.7b had $2.3b....when upgrade went through....I only had $150m left, Gree math sucks...you may need a few hundred million more, it seems like the upgrade reduction bonuses aren't working correctly.

i tried that yesterday - still same error.

I holding I out for another 100 million collection to see if Lift Ticket may have been in the money :)

Which means all of our buliding cost reduction bonuses are not working

Cement factory doesn't work. You will need more cash than is required to upgrade. Level 9 should have cost me 5.1 billion but actually cost 6.3 or so... Also, your infirmary doesn't work either so I don't suggest upgrading that

Mine shows 1.7 billion cost - I have 2.8 billion - still won't go through :/

so I guess that's not the issue :/

So more the a few things are wrong, thought supposedly addressed:

But more importantly, when you ask support to resolve this action now, while you're way over vault and possibly getting hit, they say no.

Also, in my case, I was a few mil under the required actual cost, so I sold 4 useless buildings to get over, well, support would not restore those either. Yes, I sold them, to get the money, That would have been acceptable IF things worked as they were supped to. But they didn't, so I was without the upgrade and now,out the sold buildings.

And support says tough crap.

I have an upgrade that costs $325.0284m and I have $340m on me and I keep getting the "Cannot reach server. Please check your internet connection and try again." error. So it's not just the $1b+ upgrades.

Worst part of all of it is this... I sent a ticket explaining everything and asking for my 1.7 billion back and I get this response:


"Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the issue where it appeared as though the incorrect building upgrade price was applied. This issue has now been addressed and will be corrected in an upcoming game version. Please be on the look out for version 4.2 in the iTunes store. As soon as this update has been approved by Apple, you should see it as available for download..

I can certainly understand how upsetting it can be to deal with such issues. I am unable to compensate for this issue.
I took the liberty to pass your feedback to our developers so that such issues can be taken care of in the future update.
