I am trying to transfer my game to a new device. I created the account, hit the transfer button, hit the old device button, put in password. Went to new device and hit the new device button, put in password.

Message: No old account associated with your Funzio ID, please set an old device

I have set the old device about 10 times now, no luck.

Can someone please help?

Kingdom Age's in-game transfer system doesn't work.
Open a ticket in-game or on the website to have it transferred. It's a pain.

And sometimes that dosent work. Just recived a email From gree telling me my game was transferred. Go log in on my new device, and no game. Log in on my old device, and my game is still there.
For unknown reason, the transfer did not take effect.
I don't understand it.lol

They have got it completed now. :) what went wrong I have no idea.

Lucky man put in request 31 May got a reply on the 2nd which replied to and nothing since.Missing out in war.
