Bonus Change For Czar's Guard Axe

Hello all,

We are about to release a new data deploy that will have a fix for the Czar's Guard Axe item bonus.

The Hideout Health boost was not coded to be used on individual player items, only as a purchasable syndicate bonus, and it does not properly function for individuals (as has been reported; it DOES work properly as a purchasable syndicate boost as was originally intended). To make up for this, we are replacing the bonus on the item with a personal defensive bonus which is stronger than would have been used for that tier of reward (+15% Melee Defense boost) that will function normally.

We appreciate your understanding on this and apologize for the confusion, and appreciate the reports that led us to discover the underlying issue.

Change the stats of all items, divide by 1,000,000 or better yet make them all zero.
