Padded Cases not being retained

Although the drop rate is low, that is not much of a problem. The problem is:

When the padded cases do finally drop, these don't always get counted. And when they are counted and you try to open one, the next time you discover a big 0 in the count. You lose them all, even if you got nothing but an "I'm sorry" message.

This is only happening in my android account so far.

Now the system says I have not joined a faction, even though I'm still listed and can post to the faction chat.

I rebooted the device and all my padded cases reappeared. Sorry guys! I hope this is really solved.

OK...now the counter is wrong. It didn't let me make an attempt to open. And the counter was reset to 60 minutes.

We are aware of this specific issue where the event crate does not appear to be credited to your inventory. We are looking into this now, and hope to have a resolution very soon.

If you exit and restart the game you should see the quantity of event crates update correctly on the event icon located in the lower left of the game screen.
