Link to complete buildings

Thanks that was it! For some reason I thought it had upgrade costs in it. I can't get the toolkit to give me accurate upgrade costs and with the upgrade issues I was trying to figure out if there was a "true cost" to upgrade not what was being displayed. Thanks for your help!

Type the name of the building you are looking for into the search box. Generally one of the results will have all the info. to find your actual cost, just subtract your building upgrade cost %
