Mods,

A faction member lost her account during a phone repair and is obviously upset about this as well as it having a direct impact on the progress of the faction she is obviously a friend.

Can you please confirm that ticket #1641868 has been received and is being look at by an agent? It has been 3 days since its issue and no word yet.

From reading other posts this duration is to be expected but still want to bring it to your attention.

The easiest way to prevent problems restoring an account is to send a support email to your self (and save it) since it has ALL your account info at the end of it.

Go to Menu->More->Help.
Click on "CONTACT SUPPORT".
Enter something like "Backing up MW account". [Enter]
When "Modern War Issue Report" email pops up:
a. Change the To: email from en-support@gree.net to your email address
b. Change Subject to "Modern War Account Info" (optional)
c. Click Send.

If you look at the bottom of the email,
it has everything you need to restore or transfer your MW account
