how to switch from iPhone to samsung galaxy?

my wife decided to change from the iPhone to the Galaxy. How can I transfer my game over to my new phone? I seen so many different things but I'm not sure what to do?

You will most likely have to start a new game on the new device. From the new device send a ticket that includes ally id and level of the the you want to transfer. They need both ally id codes when transferring the game. If you bought gold as well, provide copies of that ad well as proof. Take ss of the account you want to transfer as well in case you lose any stats or anything like that. After all that as done--PRAY AND WAIT!! lol

I ****ed my phone up and asked gree to transfer game from android to my new android.. still waiting for at least an response.. so yeah cross fingers more in your case

Sucks man hope it gets sorted.

We just had a member of our group have to get her phone repaired and the game info was deleted, ticket has been sent in but no doubt she will be kept waiting which is a shame.

Unless something has changed, When I wanted to switch from IOS to Android they told me it was not possible. So I ended up buying an IPAD.
