Looking for a faction shell to start a new faction

Anyone have a faction shell with a fair amount of bonuses who would be interesting in talking about transferring the faction shell?

We are a group of guys from two factions (a top 50 and a top 75) who are looking to go out on our own and make the game fun again? We would probably target to be a top 150 team but look to bring the fun back into playing.
