Can't access the Raid Boss

Anyone else having problems with the Raid Boss event? I don't have the icon on my screen to enter the event. Nor can I donate my orbs. Also my LE building is off the map and I can't access it either. I've deleted and reinstalled and have the same problem. Any suggestions would be great. I'm missing out on a ton of participation rewards.

Same thing happened to me... somehow I re-installed an old version and didn't notice right away that it was a version from 2013; a simple download from the app store, not from the cloud or something... one time I never got the RB Icon to come back and the other times it finally came back. Total mystery to me why or how it happens.

I would send in a ticket, Subj: "Raid Boss Icon & Event Missing", if you can't get it to come back in a few hours.

Also, send in a separate ticket for your LTB not working.
I've had my LTBs disappear and come back mysteriously, too.
(I know it's not a mystery, but it feels like it to me since I know nothing about programming or servers)

Another thing you could try is freeing up space on your device (delete unused apps, delete pics/videos, etc...) Then turn your device off for a few mins; install KA and do nothing but wait for it to completely download; then turn your device off again for a couple of mins and back on to check if KA is behaving... I'm not sure what will work but worth the try.

Very frustrating.... but keep trying!
