We are a top 500 faction most of whom have been in higher ranking factions in the past, who are keen to continue to make progress whilst still having a real life. Sure, we use a bit of gold, but it isn't mandatory. Our faction compete in all events, with a priority on teamwork. Looking for additional members from bigger factions, or smaller factions where perhaps people aren't being used optimally.
We have a good mix of nationalities allowing us to war 24 hours, but people tend to dip in and out allowing us to balance real life with game time.
