As Retiredandhappy says, if you go to the menu under store > "SPECIAL" you should see the three units on the far right side.

I hope they are in the store as that may be the only way to get them! Once you finish alliance, the other two don't pop up!!! Please fix this!!!! Can we get one event without a massive bug????
