By no means do I know much about laws, trademarks, etc., but wouldn't GREE have to buy some sort of rights from BMW to use their vehicle in a game which makes GREE a profit? Which I'm doubting they did. Just curious, really.

looks like it was lazy artists.....im sure they will get a cease and desist from BMWNA if they see this, might be a little more since they are profiting from the use of the image.

Those are not the same cars. The BMW has blue and the Midas car has yellow.
