ticket no news on it HELP

Thx sirius even if the gree support tech was Bob Matthews and the last answer to my ticket was on May14 by him and he never answered back too at least say your ticket is closed or something i got a answer from another Gree tech because u asked for me thats is not a good customers support :( I got answered with more detail on why not solving this issue by a Tech support called Viet even if i still believe that gree needed to make up something for us u can tell him a thx now i know what too do .All my players that had this issue in my syn Killeral to ask a full refund to there own companys google wallet or app store and we will get a full refund. Since that seeims to be the only solution available now. Since. They wont help:( thx sirius for the quick respond and the help really apreciate :(
