Upcoming LTQ?

I've been looking at these 'De Santis' people for the upcoming LTQ, and they're in every map except Canal Street, and 98% of them with absolutely insane stats. Aslo, in order to hit them, we need to buy items? Anyone know what all this is about and what GREE is planning for this upcoming LTQ?

The items are the new one from the store - certainly from the two maps I checked, so maybe they're just new npcs replacing the old ones as those items are no longer available.

There's a possibility there's an LTQ coming up, but that would be my guess for the moment.
