Prep targets for Burn, Baby, Burn LTQ.

There are new De Santis characters in the game starting at Little Italy, but I'm purely guessing that they are the targets for the upcoming LTQ. If you have any solid information, please post it below. I'm sure a lot of us are sitting on energy when we could be getting a head start.

Seems likely to me. They start in East Side too. These all require certain equipment from the new equipment store as a "buy-in." This will be interesting.

From what i hear, the reward is another bull**** atk mod. So save your gold.
I actually thought that with THAT much energy, they'll actually give a good mod, like +1 upgrade. Silly me.
