u can recover your account by email if u bound ur account to an email, something every1 should do in case there phone ever crashes.

in case u didnt bind it to an email, contact gree support, they wil ask some questions to be certain u are the owner of the account. and u should then get our account back. but this wil take some time as gree support takes some time.
