This is getting really annoying... It started happening when there was a failed transaction due to a poor connection.
Initially it will prompt a transaction error when you login and leave you be after you click cancel.
Now it continuously loops a "Product Purchase Error"....
After checking with Google, they have already confirmed that the failed transaction did not go through and is not making continuous call to the game to make the transaction.
Gree Support although was fast to reply, provided almost no help at all...
First reply : Standard "Hope its already fixed" type email...
ME-> NO It has not been fixed...
2nd Reply : The "Oh we fixed it already" type email
ME -> No I am still having it since 2 weeks!
3rd Reply : The "Sometimes its caused by your device" email
ME -> I have 2 Note3, 2 Note2, 1 Tab2 and an Atrix...
This covers Android from 4.4, 4.3, 4.1 and 4.0 ICS... Its NOT a OS issue...
4th Reply : The Server crash incident and its fixed
ME -> But that was not my issue.... -_-''
5th Reply : The "We will continually monitor..." email
ME -> But I ALREADY Isolated the issue for you... can't you check it???
6th Reply : The "Sometimes its caused by your device" email
ME -> Wait a min... wasn't that the 3rd email I got from you??
Can a mod pls escalate this issue?
I can't be creating a new google account everytime this happens...
I need my main account to work...
ANYWAY...
For those experiencing the same error messages as I have here is the workaround.
Step 1 : Add a new google account to your device
Step 2 : REMOVE the old and affected account
Step 3 : relaunch game and error will go away.
Now you are such with a new account and all your calendars, contacts and etc etc are gone...
You need to resync everything...
