Attention Loyal Knights!
Late last night we experienced server issues and are aware many of you were not able to access Knights & Dragons. We are working to address this issue ASAP and servers will be back up shortly!

So what are you gonna do about my lost gems and chest I didn't get? When I opened right before it went down? Tell me nothing you can do right? My friend code is wbb-nhy-zxn but doubt fully you guys will be giving my gems back wasted 1200 on 40 chest n prob won't get **** back

This doesn't belong here. You will need to contact Customer Support so that they can have an engineer look at your account and provide any sort of compensation.

Suggestion: Start informing your (paying) clients, the players, earlier. It's imho unacceptable that GREE does not communicate anything for hours. Even a simple statement that you have noticed the problem and working on a solution is enough. Letting us hang in the dark is not.
I understand you as developer are busy with solving the problem, but your communication manager or community manager is not. He or she should inform us, your clients.

I agree that it sucks.
But you said it was unacceptable. So...are you going to accept it? You're gonna keep playing, aren't you.

i understand from the other thread that people are now able to get back into the game. I've been locked out for over 24hours now so have been affected the longest by the looks of it. Both of my devices are having issues and it all started with a 'product purchase error' pop up which blocked the app and kept making it crash it then developed into the 'reload' popup and is now back to the purchase error! no reloading is helping. I've raised concerns with gree customer support and due to previous experiences i don't expect much of an answer. Clearly this has impacted many players as well as myself and we've all lost precious time in armour crafting, the arena, the epic boss and gold collecting etc I would really hope that gree makes a gesture which offsets some of this loss
any feedback/updates/hints greatly appreciated

I have this issue too and the temporary work around was to use another google account on the phone so it stops trying to make this failed transaction.
I found this out when I had all my accounts but 1 plagued with this error and found that the device did not have my main google login.
Contacted Google and they mentioned that it was not something on thier side as the failwd transaction was already terminated and my account was in good order. (credit wise)
Now waiting for Gree support to reply. Because I got the usual "we hope this is resolved" and "maybe its the device" kind of response.
I have 2 Note3s, 2 Note2s, a old Galaxy Tab2 and a Motolora Atrix. All with different versions of android. So I am quite sure its not the OS or something reinstalling can help.

I woke up this morning and for the last 8hours I havnt been able to do anything on the game.
No response other than the "we will get back to u".
I just want to make sure I wont lose my account or the money I have spent for gems...
whats going on . . !

But you said it was unacceptable. So...are you going to accept it? You're gonna keep playing, aren't you. Unacceptable doesnt directly maan stop playing. It means giving GREE the opportunity tot improve. If GREE dosn't then I'll consider other actions one of them but only at the end is leaving.

So whats going on...
I still cant open the game for than 3 seconds... my arena points went low waiting for it...
we got war tomorrow and we have not gotten word of whats going on. .. reply please

Its been over 24 hrs and still no fix.
suspend the war and extend the chest and epic boss times while this gets fixed...
still waiting for a response . . .
product purchase error???? I wasn't even buying anything yet since I had 230 gems ...

I haven't been able to log into the game with either of my devices for nearly 48 hours now and still no response from gree or acknowledgement that there is still an issue

the war started and I cant play. The app opens and then I get that screen and I hit ok and it does not go away. ..

i'm exactly the same. I have 2 knights one of whom is guild master and i've not been able to play since weds evening UK time. I have had no response from gree or recognition something is wrong :(

i have now got on the game. Gree eventually answered my request and their answer was to effectively remove your existing google account and set up a new one. I tried this and found it only worked when i set up the new one first and then removed the original account. It does seem to be the only method they have. It isn't ideal as I didn't want 2 gmail accounts but it has now worked

first they said servers down, now whats the excuse . . ?
I also restarted my cell phone and that did not work. When the" product purchase error " message pops up, it is followed by a whooshing sound thar repeats over and over. ..
It loads up then the background turns black and a window pops up saying "product purchase error". I still cannot get past that screen...

rikeedo the only way you'll get past that screen is to take my advice. YOu have to set up a new google account and then delete the old one (the one you use to purchase). Also good practice to go into apps manager and then ask it to 'force stop' of knights and dragons and to clear the cache

i agree with you and i tried reloading my true main account last night and encountered the same error issue. It isn't acceptable but if you want to play then i'm afraid it is the only solution for now though it does mean you can't sync your main email account on your device. Gree absolutely need to sort it out

you don't lose your main account but i can't have it on my device at all now if i want to play knights and dragons. Not an adequate fix but it is a fix.

Yea but ive spent almost 300 dollars and I sill had 227 gems to use before the war...

SO you have to delete your current google account and start a new one? What if you have several hundred dollars of google play cards loaded onto the account? So now you can't use any of that money on the account and have to spend more money to buy gems?

yes it sucks but atleast u can play til gree implements a fix in 5 months+.
u dont delete the entire account, just from ur device. so the money isnt lost completely.

Ok, thank you for the gems, everybody can decide how to use them... arena? war? epic boss? Whatever.
But what should people do with 4 war energies? Of course they will be used for war. So, with this "bonus" energy, I get4 more fights. And my guildmates too. And everybody else too. And my opponents too.
So, what's the use of getting 1000 more points, if my enemy get them too?
I don't like to complain about Gree, but it would have been better not to give any energy imo, this way it sounds like kidding us :/

i agree the energy part seem very trivial, but it is all about how u use it.
a weak guild would benefit less of them if they cant find a farmable target.
But for 9/10 this shoundt be a problem.
but i do agree that it seems quite pointles, its also weird how some people got like 8 or 12 energy and some got nothing.
