Ya just happened to me as well. just spent more gems on arena points as i was about to get 40. and bang error 503 then reload to play i will be definitely making a report to get my gems refunded that i had spent trying to get that as the only reason i spent them ( and only reason i ever spend them) is for the streak

i gues i'l be losing it though, but time wil tell.

My entire guild also got this problem. We are not happy at all. Since the last update the game has had nothing but problems when it comes to freezing and glitching.

Yes both on Android.
And both created around the same time.

Now I got a third one with a looping payment error... And its only a lvl10 tweak account...

love the constand complaignts about chests, so many people expecting to trow 1 gem or key and getting 2043747 epics from it. if u enter the lotery or play slots. do u get a 100% chance of winning? no, its a gamble and it wil always be.

yup, i dont mind the down time that much, more afraid i wil lose my chest epics as i openend the chest 1 min before crash. friend of mine who just stardet the game did 80 chests and got 4 good epics that can get him stardet into end game really well, also opend them 5 min before crash and has the same fear.

a reply from an admin would be nice, even if its just a notice that items wont be lost.

Silly me...I uninstall and 'reloaded' the game. Guess what...i still have the same issue. I'm sure I'm going to lose the the 4star armor that I'm creating now. Should have went to this forum first to see that others were having an issue. More info in here than in the game.

reinstalling shoundt have an impact on your account, so dont worry about that part.

i got the same situation, if we do lose our rewards and gems, make a ticket to gree.
u should get ur gems back but it wil take them 1-2 weeks to proces te ticket.
and if they refuse to cooperate in refunding gems, u can contact google support and they wil help u get cash refund from gree.

plus i dont see gree banning 90% of there player base, it would kinda hurt there own millions of dollars of income.

we dont know, gree has yet to give any sign that they even know the servers are down.

for al we know they are having a massive orgy over at gree HQ and they havent noticed the downtime of the servers yet.

I'm on android and most my guild has the same problem. Giving out epics for this is silly. Extending the epic boss to make up for lost time would make more sense.

Yeah, asking for epics for a few hours downtime is outright silly. Server based games have issues some times or need to be taken down for patches. Hell, if this were a PC MMO you could expect a 6 hour downtime weekly. This isn't so bad, but someone from Gree should definitely have come out and acknowledged the issue to let us know they're aware of it and working on it.

If I had to guess, I'd say one of their servers took a **** and they have to replace it. I just fear a roll back because I pulled a Druidic+ from my death chests earlier this morning.

I'd say it appears Gree isn't running customer service people 24/7, they are expensive ya know, and based on the the default time zone for these forums, and the times my guild is reporting the first issues, I'd wage you won't hear anything from Gree for at least 30 more minutes. Thats if making a reply is their first course of action, which I'd doubt it would be. So I'd bet we'll hear something in a couple hours after they have a clue what the issue is or have fixed it.

Truly annoying. Agreed that the game has been freezing and glitching ever since the latest update. I submitted a request ticket for this, but as my previous one has been out there for 13 days with no real haste being taken only constant notifications that my request is being "escalated" to other departments, I don't expect any speedy results. Stinks for us. I submitted my request for this issue over three hours ago and it still says it hasn't even been assigned to an agent yet. Why does GREE hate us so? Time to break out the pitchforks and torches people.

I operate on two android devices and one has been blocked since last night with the other becoming blocked around 10am this morning. I've now been blocked out on both devices for many hours. Whilst I don't necessarily think we should be given free epics we should at least get the gold that we would have collected during this downtime and those who are trying to complete the current epic challenge should not lose out.

Overall though I do find the gree responses far too slow and generally very unhelpful. I love the game but the customer service/support is appalling

I agree, in this downtime I've lost Boss wins, arena wins, gold from training grounds. 5 gems is like 2 minutes of videos.

The funny part is you might as well ask for 325 gems you knob. Im already getting 8 death keys. just because you don't work at getting each epic boss does not mean they have to give free death keys because of one small server problem.

This happens to a lot of game companies. So shod it. I'm not asking them for anything. All i hope is that it won't happen again.

Try my workaround that I posted after your post in the Update thread. Maybe that will help for awhile until they find the root problem.

whats up with the regular treskilion wargear stat is crappy? for its total combined stat its 3399 compare to the old elites before it?

here's the list as follows sandstorm combined stat is 3366 hellfire 3492 specters 3514 snowstorm 3592 aquatic 3594 cryptic 3626 archlite 3642 revelations 3694 and finally treskilion 3399.

so basically its stat is reduced to sandstorm timeline which is very very displeasing to people who owns it, like me. its not much to ask for 200 more stat 3599 is not that much considering on the timeline of epics which should go up not go down. anyone can make a thread about it please I can't seem to create one.

This was the compensation, however whilst is said I got 10 gems and 4 energy it was war energy not arena energy though.

this has nothing to do with the server downtime, a separate threat has been made that tells how to do a work around to fix this problem.
