Changing guild name????

We actually tried and sent in a ticket. We got the standard "sorry this is not a service we are providing at this time. We may provide this service at a later date" blah blah blah. I don't understand why not. If I can change my name for 50 gems why can't founder do the same with his/her guild?

I know more than 10 guilds which changed their names , as he said just send a ticket to Gree and they must change it
