Could someone please escalate ticket 1611765. It is for an account transfer from an old to new device. I received a confirmation that this was done overnight. But it did not transfer and now I'm in limbo, unable to participate in the war.

I implore support to help me with this. It's been over 24 hours, both devices are screwed up! I submitted a new ticket from my new device as well. 1618318
