We are up to 8/10 on the Extreme FLTQ, but in spite of restarting the app, neither my MLP OR LLP are getting the Extreme Units? Anyone else?

The only glitch I've never seen is the one where you buy gold and the sale did not register so you get gold for free.

Does anyone ever envision these devs work area and what they actually work on? I like many of you are for sure not shocked that yet another event is completely jacked up but one must wonder how in the world do these guys continue to keep their jobs?!? Where are the QA Managers, DEV managers..... Or am I thinking to logically? Maybe it's all of us that are wrong to expect a correctly functioning game, I mean we are paying to play right?

Those in my faction doing individual are getting the Crete and prizes for iltq. No one has received Crete or has prizes in inventory for the fltq though we are getting the splash screens. Thanks gree!

Actually I still show that the faction part is not complete, but we did complete it last nigth/early morning.

That's normal. What we are talking about is something abnormal. When you get a solid ping from the server, the data should update. I've rebooted numerous times and pinged the servers tens of times, and it is still a unit in inventory that reads 0 as if it was deployed in Full Assault. Some Extreme Situation FLTQ units don't even show at all. That's abnormal.

It is only the FLTQ. The individual LTQ seems to be working OK. So don't mistake a unit gained by the LTQ with that which is supposed to be gained from the FLTQ.

Since they are working on the problem. I will check again.

I just check again. Confirmed, the problem is still there. The only difference after rebooting again was that ALL the faction units are showing in inventory as ZERO. So the problem is still there.

Somebody earlier said that valor was a problem too. I hope not. I wasn't keeping track of that. The valor is more important than many of the units!

All of the GLTQ rewards are a problem.. valor, bricks, units ... only solo works

It's now been hours now since the issue was brought to your attention, save a little face and get the switch turned on as you put it. It's not unreasonable for the forum and players of this game to get the units they payed for or worked together as a team for. You mods never listen to people here when they say they want communication. For some reason you rather let the forum incite each other into a frenzy. Communicate... Often... Even if it is in this case "they" are still working on it!!!!

Got años email last night from Annie at Gree saying the units were there and they fixing it. Thing is I don't show units, still getting the screen that my faction didn't finish Faction part when in fact we did early Saturday.
Replied that the ticket should not be closed until problem solved and units plus boost showing

I just checked again after another complete restart. It is still not fixed. And the event is nearly over. We spent gold trying do as much as possible in the FLTQ. We want the rewards or a refund. That's our entire faction.

Well, a little over an hour of the event left and still no solution....
Could be the end for many a player if the time and expenditure put into this event is not rewarded....

Closed my ticket yesterday saying a team was fixing. Apparently not for my 2 accounts as of right now. Maybe tomorrow. Can one send a ticket on a closed ticket that didn't resolve the issue?

Well it appears that I may have gotten at least some valor. I definitely got concrete. But units are still messed up. I thought I had at least 2 infantry units zeroed out. Now it is just 1. I didn't check the others, because it takes too much time to go thru them all.

So it appears to be a partial fix at this point. Maybe they are in the process of resolving the problem. But the Event is over. It's not completely fixed.

Our developers are aware of the issue, and will have this corrected soon. Since this is a widespread issue, further tickets on the matter to the Support Team are not necessary to receive the fix when it's available.

It also seems as if the final unit boost for the faction prestige event is not working. My faction completed the event but there was no boost in the stats. The unit appears in inventory but like a said no boost in stats .. seems like just a raw increase ! Will this be addressed as well ??

I thought so...but here's what we figured out. My guy went over to another faction for 10 minutes to donate some concrete. He got their rewards....great work gree.

Still not there, but is there ANY chance you would at least make last obtained units to appear at the END of list as somebody who has thousands of units it's impossible to even find them... ;[
