Game transfer question

Since the in game transfer is not working...

Do I need to send just one ticket from the new device? Or one from each old and new device?

Just send in. Ticket from the new device. You will need:
Name of game you want to transfer.
ID code of the game you want to transfer.
Any recent action you did in game, upgrade, expansion, purchase a item, etc
It takes @ a week. And sometimes more than one ticket! Hopefully you will get Carmen.

Thank ya, on the bright side..my old device still sorta works..so I am in game for war..but at least I know where to start.

Yeah I have to agree with Jnsolberg, make sure you get Carmen to transfer your game!
