Just curious, with all the bonuses being opened up, is it worth putting money into this ltb or helping syndicate get new bonuses?

As far as iph goes this is among the higher buildings. If you can, buy at least one and save upgrades for later and put cash into syndicate.

Thanks for input, didn't look at the payout. Guess ill have to work extra hard at robbing people. Of course the million extra from the new money bonuses sure helps too.
