View Full Version : GREE Customer Service - Suggestion / Overview

I am sitting reading some posts that takes 4-5 days for gree to answer there service ticket (resolve or say closed).

I understand a free player, that may be good.

If I was a gold buyer I would not tolerate that.
Most services (phone, cable, gas...) you pay $100-$300 a month have 24hr customer service and you talk to them. Not just an automatically generated email hoping they are working on problem.

Just little food for thought for those spending $ on game.

Maybe a little eye opening on GREE's part also.

I found their number. It just rolls over to some stupid voicemail claiming they'll call you back...they never do. Also, they were given a F Rating by the BBB.

The customer service department is filled with monkeys and typewriters. It takes a week to get a response for a game transfer and I also have been waiting over a year for my buildings to be restored. Idk man, the game has been going rapidly downhill.
